Don’t get me wrong, aromatics are powerful teachers and allies for your healing journey, but they can also be used in ways that inhibit these properties … sometimes while also causing more problems.

But listen, there ARE a few super simple ways to use your aromatics safely that can give you amazing results in how you feel.
